These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Maryam. By creating an account, downloading the app, booking a session, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you use Maryam on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

Maryam is designed for women learners. You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement where you live, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian if applicable. Please contact us before creating an account for a learner under the age of majority.

Some Maryam features are free and others require a paid subscription. Before you are charged, we will show the current price, billing period, and the features included with your plan.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the next billing date. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the store or payment method used to purchase it. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase.

Maryam is a calm and supportive learning space. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access accounts or systems without permission, or use Maryam in a way that harms others.

• Do not share another person’s private information or lesson content without their permission.
• Do not use the service to send abusive, discriminatory, unlawful, or deceptive content.
• Do not copy, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit Maryam’s content or technology except where the law permits it.
• Treat teachers, support staff, and fellow learners with dignity and respect.

Maryam may pair you with a teacher based on your goals, availability, and learning preferences. We aim for continuity, but a particular teacher, time slot, feature, or learning path may not always be available. We may make reasonable changes when needed to maintain service quality.

AI guidance is provided as an educational tool. It can help you practice and receive feedback, but it is not a substitute for professional, medical, legal, religious, or other specialist advice. Your progress depends on many factors, and we do not promise a particular learning outcome.

Maryam and its licensors own the service, curriculum, designs, trademarks, and other materials we provide. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use them while you follow these Terms.

You keep ownership of the content you submit. You give Maryam permission to host, process, and use it as needed to provide and improve the service. If you send feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or compensation.

We work to keep Maryam available and helpful, but the service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or circumstances outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, Maryam is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Maryam and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You can stop using Maryam at any time. We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to protect learners, comply with law, or address a material breach of these Terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
